Website Terms of Use

By visiting this website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. All content on the site, including but not limited to text, images, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of Cloud Walk Coaching unless otherwise noted. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any website content is not permitted without prior written consent.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. Cloud Walk Coaching is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those external sites.

The site may use cookies or third-party services (such as embedded forms, analytics tools, or media) that collect data for functionality or usage tracking. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the scheduled date(s), unless otherwise agreed in writing. The scheduled engagement will only proceed once the deposit is successfully processed.

Full payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise specified. In certain cases (e.g., special agreements or large-scale projects), payment may be required after the service is provided, with invoices issued following the completion of the engagement.

Late payments for post-service balances will incur a 2% monthly fee, applied after the 30-day payment period has elapsed. Late payments may result in additional penalties but do not override the standard cancellation fees outlined in the Cancellation Policy.

One-on-One Coaching

Coaching sessions are paid in advance and are nonrefundable, except in the event that the Coach cancels. If the Coach cancels, the Client will be offered a full refund for that session or a rescheduled appointment.

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled anytime before the day of the scheduled session. Requests to cancel or reschedule on the day of the session will be forfeited.

A session may be rescheduled up to three times. If a session has already been rescheduled three times, any further request to reschedule will result in the session being forfeited.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in the session being forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued for forfeited sessions.

Coaching packages must be used within six (6) months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.

One-on-one coaching is personalized and arranged on a case-by-case basis. Specific details for each engagement, including the number of sessions, pricing, and scheduling, will be confirmed via email or invoice at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Local Engagements: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled engagement. Cancellations made within 30 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total engagement fee. Cancellations made within 14 days will incur a 100% cancellation fee due to the loss of booking and preparation time.

Engagements Requiring Travel (Domestic or International): Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 60 days prior to the scheduled engagement. Cancellations made within 60 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total engagement fee. Cancellations made within 30 days may incur a 100% cancellation fee due to the complex logistics, including non-refundable travel bookings.

Deposits: Any non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking will be retained and applied toward the cancellation fee. If the cancellation fee exceeds the deposit, the remaining balance will be charged.

Post-service Payment Cancellations: For engagements where payment is due after the service, the cancellation fee will replace the service fees for the engagement and be invoiced separately. The total balance is due within 30 days of the cancellation notice.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the engagement (handouts, slides, presentations, etc.) are the intellectual property of Cloud Walk Coaching. Any recording, reproduction, or redistribution in any way of the engagement and its materials is prohibited without written consent from Cloud Walk Coaching.

Liability Disclaimer

Cloud Walk Coaching is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses during the engagement, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other major events outside of Cloud Walk Coaching's control, either party may terminate the engagement without penalty. Efforts will be made to reschedule the engagement at a later date if possible.

Confidentiality Agreement

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, both parties agree to first attempt mediation in good faith. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, it will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body.

All legal matters will be governed by the laws of Maryland, United States, and any legal actions or arbitration will take place in Maryland, United States unless otherwise agreed.
